These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BSC Digital, including its website, tools, chat services, study tools, code tools, payment systems, referral systems, and related features. By using BSC Digital, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use BSC Digital only for lawful, authorized, and proper purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that harms the website, services, systems, operations, security, or other users.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTP access, email access, and account activity. Any action performed through your account is your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

3. User Conduct

You must not use BSC Digital for:

• hacking, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal access, or abuse;
• platform exploitation, automation abuse, scraping, or misuse of limits;
• deceptive, unlawful, or harmful use of platform tools or outputs;
• attempts to bypass security, payments, referrals, or account restrictions.

4. AI Services Disclaimer

BSC Digital may provide AI-generated responses, suggestions, code, analysis, or related outputs. These outputs may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You must independently verify important outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, business, cybersecurity, compliance, or other high-impact matters.

5. Payments and Premium Plans

Some services, tools, or platform features may require payment. Access to premium plans will only be activated after successful payment confirmation and verification.

BSC Digital may offer monthly, yearly, lifetime, or special plans. Plan pricing, features, limits, offers, and benefits may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Lifetime plans may, where applicable, require future annual renewal or maintenance charges for continued premium support, future tools, infrastructure access, expanded features, or platform upgrades.

6. Refunds and Billing

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, payment failures, or technical billing issues may be reviewed separately. No refund is guaranteed in cases involving misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

7. Suspension and Termination

BSC Digital reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently block any account, including paid or Pro accounts, if we determine that the user has violated platform rules, engaged in abuse, harmful conduct, fraudulent activity, security misuse, or prohibited cyber-related use.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, platform branding, design, UI, workflows, text, software logic, features, and service structure belong to BSC Digital unless otherwise stated. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of any platform intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any service, feature, pricing model, integration, or plan at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of any feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSC Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform or its outputs.

11. Policy and Service Updates

BSC Digital may update these Terms of Service, its features, service rules, pricing, limits, plans, and platform policies from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes means that you accept the revised terms and policies.
